If something is not right, we will make it right. You may return an unworn item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 583 9653 or email support@schuhwelt.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply with return instructions within 24 hours.
Once the return is received and checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few days.
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Worn shoes, items without original packaging and items damaged after delivery cannot be refunded.
